Are you energetic, friendly and someone who genuinely loves talking to people?

YINYANG Wellness is looking for a warm, outgoing team member who can make every patient feel welcome from the moment they contact us.

This is more than a receptionist role—you’ll help create an exceptional patient experience and grow with one of Bangkok’s exciting integrative wellness clinics.

✨ What You’ll Do

• Welcome and take care of patients

• Manage bookings and respond to LINE, WhatsApp and social media enquiries

• Introduce our treatments and convert enquiries into appointments

• Follow up with patients after their visits

• Support clinic operations and work closely with our doctors and physiotherapists

• Help create a positive, energetic atmosphere in the clinic

🌟 Who We’re Looking For

• High-energy, positive and outgoing personality

• Loves talking to and helping people

• Warm, confident and service-minded

• Responsible, organized and eager to learn

• Comfortable communicating in Thai and English

• Interested in health and wellness

• Customer service or sales experience is a plus—but attitude matters more than experience

• Fresh graduates are welcome

💚 What We Offer

• Base Salary 100 THB per hour

📍 Location: YINYANG Wellness, BTS Asoke, Exchange Tower, 4th Floor

🚆 Directly connected to BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit

🕙 Clinic hours: 10:00 AM–9:00 PM, working by shift
